The Manchester United Women’s team has a great first season playing in the second tier of women’s professional football. At the time the squad was announced in July 2018, many would not have thought the season would have been as good as it was. The majority of the players had not played in the same team before and the way they literally took apart their opposition in the majority of matches was impressive.
