CONFIRMED: Johnstone, Tuanzebe, Poole & McTominay start against Liverpool

Manchester United U23’s face Liverpool at Leigh Sports Village this evening, less than 24 hours after the first team earned a 0-0 draw at Anfield. Warren Joyce’s side have not played for the best part of three weeks because of the international break, losing 2-0 to Everton the last time out towards the end of September. United have had a troubled start to the season, without a main striker, which may continue to be a problem for the remainder of the season. Warren Joyce will be looking to get his side back on track though against a strong Liverpool side with includes Danny Ings and Mamadou Sakho. Here are the starting XI and list of substitutes for both sides this evening.
