EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: United trialist Albion Ademi

Albion Ademi is one of a number of young players who have trialled with Manchester United this season as the club continues to look towards the future. Albion is a 15-year-old striker who has represented Finland at U15 level this season and scored for them in last weeks 4-2 win against Slovakia. He was spotted by United when he scored a winning goal for his club Turun Palloseura (TPS) in a friendly against United earlier this season.

Ademi is a clever lad who already speaks English very well it was my pleasure to be able to interview him this week;

For those that have never seen you play how would you describe yourself as a player?

I’m fast with the ball and a good passer of the ball, a team players and I’m also a good dribbler.

How did your trial with United go?

The trial went good, I trained with older boys. We had a game where Manchester United trial players played against Manchester United and I scored in that game.

Who are your idols in the game?

My idols are Cristiano Ronaldo and Adnan Januzaj.

How did you enjoy your time at United?

My time there was very fun, players were funny and coaches were nice. The Training Center was great and I enjoyed to be there.

What were the main differences between the training at United and TPS?

They trained very hard at United, the players are very talented and they spend almost all day at the Training Center.

You also had trials at Manchester City were there many differences between the trials there and at United?

The trials between Manchester City and Manchester United were quite similar.

You have also played for Finland under 15s this season how has that been?

It is awesome to represent international team and it’s nice to see how the players from other countries play.

Are there any plans for you to come over to United again?

We will see.
