Here we will keep you updated on each Manchester United player currently on loan elsewhere in England and Europe. Today United’s Chilean striker Angelo Henriquez scored his first Barclays Premier League goal for Wigan Athletic, which has been coming over the last few weeks. He has now scored in what is considered as one of the best leagues in the world.

Angelo Henriquez – Wigan Athletic

The Chilean striker was on the bench for Wigan, who took an early lead through an own goal in their match with Sunderland at the DW Stadium. Angelo Henriquez was introduced as a substitute on the 71st minute with Emmerson Boyce making way for the 18-year-old. It didn’t take him long to find his name on the score sheet after he headed home a Shaun Maloney cross on the 79th minute. Four minutes later Henriquez was shown a yellow card for a late challenge. After five minutes of injury time the final score was Wigan Athletic 2 – 3 Sunderland.

Michael Keane – Leicester City

Michael Keane starred in Leicester City’s 1-0 victory over Middlesbrough at the King Power Stadium on Friday evening, despite the snow and appalling conditions the supporters faced getting to the match. Keane was shown a yellow card on the 58th minute but did put in a good performance during the match. Lots of Leicester City fans have said he was a ‘tank’ at the back and tha not many players got past him, als said he was their Man of the Match, so he is held with high regard over in Leicester and looks to learn a lot while on loan.

Fabio da Silva – Queens Park Rangers

Fabio started for Harry Redknapp’s Queens Park Rangers today. It only took QPR 14 minutes to take the lead through a goal from debutant Loic Remy, but Joe Cole’s 68th minute equaliser kept the three points from QPR’s grasp. Fabio had a good game and played pretty well. He seems to be learning a lot from first team football, but still has a way to go yet.

Scott Wootton – Peterborough United

Scott Wootton started for Peterborough United this afternoon. He played the full 90 minutes in the 1-1 draw at London Road with Hull City. Wootton played pretty well in the match. Scott will be getting some good experience playing in the Championship and could return to United a better player for it. Today he played against former United team-mate Robbie Brady, who gave the defence quite a hard time.

Davide Petrucci – Peterborough United

Davide Petrucci started for Darren Ferguson’s Peterborough United this afternoon and played for 63 minutes before being substituted. His main part to play in the match was a free kick he took, which went over the cross-bar. He does seem to be playing well but needs to find himself again. Not the best performance from the young Italian, but I am sure he will get better, perhaps Darren Ferguson will extend his loan when it comes up for renewal in February!

Bebe – Rio Ave

Manchester United’s on loan winger played the full 90 minutes for Portuguese Primeira Liga side Rio Ave in their 1-3 defeat by Vitória Guimarães on Sunday evening. The Portuguese winger scored the only goal only a few weeks ago. I do hope Bebe will get better or it will look like the club have wasted £7m on him.
