Starting XI: Manchester City v Manchester United – Barclays Premier League

Manchester United face noisy neighbours Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium this afternoon, in what will be seen as they biggest match this season. Last week Louis van Gaal’s side drew with Chelsea, the Barclays Premier League leaders, which will have given his squad something to build on today, hopefully a victory. City have not done all the well in their last three matches, drawing in the UEFA Champions League to CSKA Moscow, after going 2-0 up, and losing to West Ham United in the Barclays Premier League and Newcastle United in the Capital One Cup. United have drawn against Chelsea and West Bromwich Albion, winning against Everton, which puts them in better form for the match, slightly. The match will be tough for both teams and one that hopefully the Reds will be celebrating later on this afternoon.
