Starting XI: Manchester United v Club Brugge – UEFA Champions League 2015/16

Manchester United face Club Brugge in the UEFA Champions League play off at Old Trafford this evening to earn a place in the group stages of the competition, for the first time since the 2013/14 season. United have had a good start to the season, beating Tottenham Hotspur at Old Trafford on the opening day of the season, then beating Aston Villa 1-0 away from home on Friday evening. Louis van Gaal has some problems to sort out, one of those if the form of his captain, Wayne Rooney. The Dutchman will be looking for a good home victory for his side at Old Trafford, before facing Newcastle United at home at the weekend, followed by a midweek visit to Belgium for the second leg of the play off against Club Brugge.
