Starting XI: Manchester United v Crystal Palace – Barclays Premier League

Manchester United face Crystal Palace in the Barclays Premier League at Old Trafford today. In their last games, both teams were defeated with United losing the Manchester Derby 1-0 with Chris Smalling getting himself sent off, and Palace losing 3-1 to Sunderland and seeing Mile Jedinak shown a red card, so both sides will be missing players today. United need to start their season off after faltering so far. The 1-1 draw against Chelsea a fortnight ago raised spirits, as did the way the side battled against City when they were down to ten men, they were unlucky to lose and never admitted defeat until the end of the match, which was good to see.
