Starting XI: Manchester United v Manchester City – Premier League 2016/17

Manchester City

Manchester United take on Manchester City at Old Trafford this afternoon in the first Manchester Derby in the Premier League this season. Jose Mourinho versus Pep Guardiola will battle it out for the spoils of Manchester. Both teams are undefeated so far this season, winning the first three matches in the league of the new season, taking nine points out of nine. Manchester City currently sits at the top of the league, on goal difference, with Chelsea and United hot on their heels. Sergio Aguero will not be involved in this match after being suspended for violent conduct after elbowing Winston Reid in their victory over West Ham United before the international break. United have a fully fit squad with no injuries, which is refreshing to hear after all the injuries that had been suffered, early in the season over the past three years. Here are the starting XI and list of substitutes for both teams this afternoon.

Manchester United:

De Gea;

Valencia, Bailly, Blind, Shaw;

Fellaini, Pogba;
