CONFIRMED: Williams, Tuanzebe, Goss and McTominay start against Sunderland

Manchester United U23’s face Sunderland in the Premier League 2 at Leigh Sports Village this evening, their first match under Nicky Butt after Warren Joyce left the club to manager Wigan Athletic over the past few weeks. United drew their last U23’s match 1-1 away to Tottenham Hotspur and are looking for a win this evening, hopefully to propel them into the top five with a chance of taking on their rivals and retaining their league title this season, which seems unlikely unless additions are made to strengthen the attack, being that United don’t have an out-and-out striker at this level. Here are the starting XI and list of substitutes for both team this evening. Come on UNITED!

Manchester United:

Williams, Tuanzebe, Poole, El Fitouri;

Goss, Kehinde;

Willock, McTominay, Harrop;

Moutha-Sebtaoui, Scott, Doughty, Mitchell, Olosunde

J. Robson, Ledger, Brady, T. Robson;

Kirchoff, E. Robson;

Larsson, Honeyman, Greenwood;

Maja, Stryjek, Asoro, Casey, Molyneux
