Video: Top Ten Ridiculous Manchester United Transfer Rumours!

The Summer Transfer Window closes today and with that, FullTimeDEVILS have brought a top ten of the ridiculous transfers to have been linked with Manchester United. Cristiano Ronaldo, Mario Balotelli, Toney Adams, Joe Allen, Nicolas Gaitan, Neymar Jr, Ander Herrera to Manchester City, Wesley Sneijder, Lionel Messi and Steven Gerrard. There really are some ridiculous transfer rumours mentioned in the video. United really do get linked to many players, some on a repetitive basis, such as Sneijder and Gaitan. Neymar has been linked a few times, despite it not having any legs, the same as Messi. Who would have believed that Herrera could be sold to City this summer? The media really do seem clueless. Steven Gerrard? Really? Why would you even bother believing that one? United had Paul Scholes at the time, a much better player, and a Premier League title winner on more than one occasion, which could not be said about the Scouse one. Ronaldo seems to be a name that will forever be linked to United, though. Many would take him back in a heartbeat, but those days are done now, for many at least. I am sure he will be linked to United again in the next year or so, providing he does not sign a new contract at the Santiago Bernabeu, which is what I think will happen.
